Our Group Classes give you access to CrossFit and Hyrox sessions as well as our range of speciality classes. Coached classes of up to 18 people, creates a high-energy, motivating environment that keeps you inspired and engaged.

These classes combine expert coaching with the dynamic atmosphere of training alongside other likeminded people. You’ll build strength, fitness, and learn new skills in workouts that are always varied and challenging.

If you are new to CrossFit you must first complete the CrossFit Beginner’s Course (below) or a 1-2-1 Induction session.

CROSSFIT BEGINNER’S COURSE

No experience is needed—our 4-Week CrossFit Beginners Course is open to all abilities and designed to help you feel confident stepping into your first class.

Led by fully qualified, expert coaches, you’ll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a supportive, small-group environment. We’ll break down the essential lifts and movements step by step, so you can master proper technique and train safely and effectively.

What to expect:
Each session will focus on 3–4 core lifts or skills, followed by a beginner-friendly CrossFit workout where you can apply what you’ve learned. Warm-ups include fun team games to help you settle in and connect with others.

By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to join our regular classes and keep progressing on your fitness journey.

6 WEEK COUCH TO CROSSFIT COURSE

Our 6-Week Couch to CrossFit course is designed to help complete beginners feel confident and capable in the gym. You’ll receive expert coaching on how to perform functional exercises safely and effectively, all within a welcoming small-group environment that fosters community and accountability.

Rather than focusing only on quick fixes or restrictive fat loss plans, this course prioritizes improving your strength, mobility, and overall health through movements that translate into everyday life.

Alongside the training, you’ll also learn how to form sustainable habits around exercise, nutrition, and recovery—giving you the tools to build a healthier lifestyle that lasts well beyond the 6 weeks.
