Join one of our 4-Week Beginner Courses – the perfect starting point to learn in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment.
Led by our fully qualified and experienced coaches, these courses are designed to teach you the basics of CrossFit or HYROX safely and effectively, no matter your starting point.

- Each week, you'll learn some movements followed by a beginner-friendly workout to put your new knowledge into action.
- Enjoy team games in the warm-up and partner-based workouts, giving you a real feel for the community that makes CrossFit Kelham so special.
- The course runs at the same time each week for consistency and structure.
